Delivery Time

We will ship within 7 business days after confirming receipt of your order.Please specify or change the date and time of receipt by yourself using the service designated by each delivery company.

Returns, Exchanges, Cancellations, etc.

We generally do not accept returns unless the product is defective.

Returns due to customer's convenience
We do not accept returns due to incorrectly registered shipping address information, delayed receipt, refusal of receipt, or any other circumstances not attributable to us.

Return of goods in case of non-conformity to contract or shortage of quantity
If the product is defective, you may request an exchange of the product by notifying us of the non-conformity or insufficient quantity.
The Company will bear the shipping costs for the return of the product.
